Whether you are new to therapy or have had years of it, welcome and congratulations on arriving at the decision to seek out a therapist. This for some is one of the most fascinating, life-changing, rewarding journeys ever imagined. Others simply learn about themselves, improve their current state of being, or get help through a crisis.

As well as a degree in Counselling, I have studied a hand-picked cluster of Trauma-informed practice modalities, underpinning all of which is Polyvagal Theory, which means I work with attention to our autonomic nervous system. Making our nervous system 'our ally as opposed to our enemy' can drastically change our capacity to navigate the world.

Depending on your needs, I may offer some Internal Family Systems (IFS), which works with all the varying parts of ourselves, or some Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), which is excellent for crises, relationships and emotional dysregulation. Motivational Interviewing is also fabulous for tackling dependence.

Though I specialise in Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) issues and Trauma, I am trained to support you with:

Complex PTSD •  Addiction  •  Relationship struggles  •  Grief/Suicide  •  Loneliness  •  Depression  •  Anxiety  •  ADHD  management •  Life transitions  •  Emotional Dysregulation  •  Anger Management • Attachment • AOD Dependence •

Its an honour and a privelege to work with you and I love every minute of it.
